Special service

Starters or VIP package - After a 9-hour flight, you probably don’t fancy doing the shopping, or the shops may be closed. If you would like to have some provisions at your villa, you can order a starter package when you book your holiday. This package contains all basic necessities such as fizzy drinks, coffee, beer, bread and spreads. If you would like to make the best of your holiday, you can also order the VIP package. This is a starter package that contains lots of great extras such as luxury titbits and champagne.

Shopping

You can use the shopping service in two ways. There is a daily shuttle running from the supermarket to Papagayo Beach & Lounge Resort at 11am. This shuttle is free, and you and your shopping return to the resort about an hour later. If you prefer to spend this time doing other things, you can use the shopping list available at reception. You can fill in the list, and your shopping will be delivered to your villa.

Children’s Cots & Seats

Do you have small children? Need some extra things in your villa? No problem. Just mail or call reception and you will be provided with a child’s cot or one of our Trip Trap children’s chairs, so even the smallest amongst us are able to fully enjoy their stay at Papagayo Beach & Lounge Resort.

Car Hire

Curaçao is a great island to discover by car. This does not just apply to its scenery, but also to its great shops and restaurants. At the Service Desk you can find the complete range on offer by Thrifty Car Rental, at attractive rates. If you have reserved a car beforehand, the chosen car will be ready when you arrive. The range will be expanded with several impressive Chevrolet Avalanches soon.

Of course, you can also use the transfer service offered by Papagayo Beach & Lounge Resort.

Diving

Scuba Do, the diving school at Jan Thiel Beach, works closely together with our Service Desk. So whether you are an experienced diver looking for diving trips, or a beginner who would like to learn how to dive, please do not hesitate to contact the Service Desk, where they will be happy to arrange things for you.
